Get your vaccine — and a shot at great prizes

Thousands of Sun Devils are already vaccinated against COVID-19, but the need remains. We encourage the ASU community to take this important step to help protect you and those you care about, especially as we prepare to return to campus this fall.
We have appointments for COVID-19 vaccines available at all Health Services locations. Please make your appointment at myhealth.asu.edu. These vaccines are provided at no cost to you. You may also use vaccines.gov to find a location near you.
As a thank you to those who choose to get their COVID-19 vaccine, we will have a month-long Community of Care campaign throughout July. Five great prizes will be introduced every Monday for five weeks, starting today. Winners will be randomly selected every Friday evening from among those who have vaccination cards securely on file with ASU Health Services.
Now about those prizes… We have assembled an impressive list, which includes:Ten $250 VISA gift cards.Eight pairs of tickets (one pair per winner) to shows and events at Gammage, including Broadway smashes “Hamilton” and “Mean Girls.”A package for the winner and seven friends to watch the new movie “In the Heights” inside Sun Devil Stadium, plus one set of Apple AirPods to listen to the music-rich soundtrack.Two tickets on the 50-yard-line to watch the Territorial Cup football game against UArizona. A holiday-themed photo shoot for a winner with Sparky.Two skateboard “longboards.”Two Apple iPad minis.Here’s a closer look at how it works:We will announce five weekly prizes on the following Mondays in 2021: June 28, and July 5, 12, 19 and 26.There will be a deadline of 5 p.m. Friday each week to be eligible to win that week’s prizes.Anyone who receives the COVID-19 vaccine and uploads their vaccine card to ASU Health Services will be entered. Those who were vaccinated at an ASU Health Services clinic are automatically eligible. Those who already received their vaccine and uploaded their card to ASU Health Services also will be entered.Winners will be selected and notified shortly after 5 p.m. each Friday in July 2021: July 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30.Those who do not win one week will continue to be eligible to win throughout this July 2021 campaign.
