Upload your vaccine card in August and be entered to win great prizes
Thousands of Sun Devils are already vaccinated against COVID-19, but the need remains. We encourage the ASU community to take this important step to help protect you and those you care about, especially as we prepare to return to campus in a couple of weeks.
We have appointments for COVID-19 vaccines available at all Health Services locations. Please make your appointment at myhealth.asu.edu. These vaccines are provided at no cost to you. You may also use vaccines.gov to find a location near you.
As a thank-you to those who choose to get their COVID-19 vaccine, we will be continuing our Summer of Care campaign throughout August. Five great prizes will be introduced every Monday for four weeks. Winners will be randomly selected every Friday evening in August from among those who have vaccination cards securely on file with ASU Health Services.
Now about those prizes … We have assembled an impressive list, which includes:Three pairs of tickets (one pair per winner) to shows at ASU Gammage, including Broadway smashes “Hamilton” and “Mean Girls.”

How to upload your vaccine card:Step 1: Visit http://myhealth.asu.edu/Step 2: Click on the “ASU Students and ASU Employees” button
Step 3: Select “ASU Student”
Step 4: Select “Medical Clearances” from the menu of the left hand side.
Step 5: Under “Additional items NOT required for clearance:” you will find any option for COVID-19. Simply click the green “Update” button and follow the steps to upload.

We will announce five weekly prizes on the following Mondays in 2021: August 2, 9, 16 and 23
There will be a deadline of 5 p.m. Friday each week to be eligible to win that week’s prizes.
Anyone who receives the COVID-19 vaccine or uploads their vaccine card to ASU Health Services Patient Portal will be entered. Those who were vaccinated at an ASU Health Services clinic are automatically eligible. Those who already received their vaccine and uploaded their card to ASU Health Services also will be entered.
Winners will be selected and notified shortly after 5 p.m. each Friday in August 2021: August 6, 13, 20 and 27.
Those who do not win one week will continue to be eligible to win throughout August 2021.
