We’ve been cooped up for months, but we still need to keep ourselves and our community safe. It can be overwhelming to think about all the online options we have to connect with peers, learn something new or get in a quick workout.

But as Sun Devils, you have access to great, regular virtual activities geared just for the ASU community. Here's a list of virtual events you should check out; it’s as easy as updating your Instagram feed.

Stuck at home?

We’ve all been there. Hours of studying, Zoom classes, work online, no idea when you’ll be able to venture outside again? Well never fear, the Sun Devil Fitness Complex is here!

Checkout the SDFC Instagram, @livewell_asu, for weekly live-streamed workouts, virtual 5k sign-ups, emotional well-being tips, at-home pre-recorded workout videos and health presentations through Zoom.

The SDFC has also built a library of workouts on its YouTube channel. The videos are made by student instructors and include core workouts, grind, yoga, HIIT class, barre and more.

All fitness resources can be found on the SDFC website.

Bored with streaming movies and shows?

The real question is, why stream old shows when you can watch something live?

Take a look at the Programing and Activities Board on Instagram: @asupab. The account has enough entertainment to keep you on your toes every week!

Join in on events such as Maroon Monday Instagram takeovers, live streams of hypnotists, caricature drawings, magicians and mind readers, online scavenger hunts, social tea times and more.

The best part? Each campus is hosting events, and you can attend them all! Check to see what your campus is hosting this week: Downtown PABWest PABTempe PAB and Polytech PAB.

Different time zone?

Are you taking classes online only this semester outside of Arizona? Do you take classes while your family is sound asleep or find yourself triple-checking deadlines to make sure your timing is correct? You don’t have to feel like a vampire … students can stay connected from across the globe thanks to the Coalition of International Students

The CIS Instagram, @asucis, is where students can find resources and events to help them tackle the time differences. Events include online happy hours, movie screenings, meetings through House Party, game nights, cooking challenges and presentations with ASU Counseling Services.

The gram also has links to International Student and Scholars Center resources workshops for students and COVID-19 updates.

ISSC updates include information on travel restrictions, ASU travel guidelines, frequently asked questions, employment options and visa and passport guidance.

Want to stay involved/informed?

Are you finding it hard to keep up with everything ASU? Are you stressed about missing ASU updates or have questions about what that future looks like?

The Undergraduate Student Government has your back.

The USG is creating Kahoot events, virtual tabling and virtual dinners so students can stay involved. These events can be found on the USG Instagram for each campus: @USGTempe@USGDowntown@USGPoly and @USGWest

The USG has also opened all of its meetings to the public. This means that any ASU student can join the virtual meetings and ask questions or listen to what is happening on their campus. Zoom links to the virtual meetings can be found by visiting the USG Instagram account for the desired campus.

Feel like you're starting to slack?

Here's a way to stay on track! The ASU Career and Professional Development Services Instagram, @Sundevilcareers, has resources for students looking to get employed and stay on top of school work.

The account is filled with tips and resources for interviews and resumes as well as virtual drop-in hours. Sun Devils can use the account to find information on career advising opportunities, mentor networking chances, how to use Handshake and more.

The account also provides study tips and Sun Devil Career updates.

And of course, check out @asustudentlife for a little bit of everything when it comes to Sun Devil life. See you on the internet!
