Here at Arizona State University, students are offered many on- and off-campus services, including: 

“The Office of the Dean of Students is dedicated to being a resource to students through support, advocacy, involvement and accountability,” according to the Dean of Students Office website. “With a goal of nurturing student success for all Sun Devils, we strive to foster a welcoming, inclusive and safe environment for learning and achievement in and out of the classroom while setting the standard of excellence in the delivery services for students facing challenges to their success. We are honored to support you in your efforts.”

ASU Counseling Services offers a confidential resource for personal counseling and crisis services. They prioritize immediate access to services, ensuring all requests are met within the same day. To schedule an appointment, call (480) 965-6146. The ASU Counseling Services Open Call/Open Chat allows students to communicate with counselors anywhere and anytime. Students can call or message a representative at all times and get immediate assistance for urgent counseling needs. 

ASU Health Services is a confidential resource available to all students. Here, you can schedule appointments with doctors for whatever health needs arise. To schedule an appointment, call (480) 965- 3349. Call (800) 293-5775 for after-hours or weekend medical advice.

The Student Advocacy and Assistance (SAA) office is a resource for students going through difficult times and requiring assistance at ASU. The office links students with campus and community resources to support them in achieving their academic goals and ensure their health and well-being. Students can submit a student care form here to be set up with resources.

Sexual Violence Prevention Resources are for students experiencing an incident of sexual misconduct or relationship violence. This resource gives students the option to report incidents and receive confidential support. Immediate assistance is available on and off campus. All ASU employees are mandatory reporters and must report allegations of sexual assault/harassment.

La Frontera/EMPACT Trauma Healing Program is a 24-hour confidential resource for individuals affected by sexual assault, domestic violence or hate crimes. Services include a confidential 24-hour hotline; mobile crisis support; individual, couples, family, and group therapy; and case management and advocacy. The Sexual Assault Hotline: (480) 736-4949 or (866) 205-5229.

The ASU LiveSafe Mobile App has many benefits and useful tools for students. The app allows them to send ASU PD real-time, anonymous tips that include audio, pictures, text, and video. It allows students to send an emergency 911 text or call to ASU PD Dispatch and request a ride from the student-run Safety Escort Service. There is also access to ASU crime alerts, university alerts, and advisories. The ASU LiveSafe Mobile App can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play Store.
